Guidelines for Presentations: Oral Presentations

1. Time Management

• Each presenter is allocated 15 minutes total, encompassing both presentation and Q&A.
• Please respect time limits to ensure subsequent speakers have their full allocated time.

2. Technical Setup

• Option to use personal laptop or conference-provided computer
• For using conference computer:
  • Transfer files via USB or CD
  • Ensure files are virus-free
  • Arrive 10 minutes early to meet session chair and prepare slides
• Recommended: Email presentation to yourself as backup

3. Equipment Available

• Each Room Features:
  • LCD projector and screen
  • Laser pointer
  • Microphone
  • Computer with PowerPoint and PDF reader
• Technical Requirements:
  • Use standard fonts and symbols for compatibility
  • Test personal laptops beforehand if using
  • Ensure multimedia content is properly embedded and formatted

Guidelines for Presentations: Poster Presentations
1. Display Specifications

• Format: A1 size (59.4cm × 84.1cm)
• Design Requirements:
  • Create visually engaging layout
  • Ensure text is legible from 1-meter distance
  • Optimize content for clarity

2. Presenter Responsibilities

• Maintain presence at poster during designated session
• Be prepared to engage in discussion with conference attendees
• Provide clear explanations of research findings
